Dr. Pfeiffer currently accepts Regence and Premera and cash patients.

Dr. Samantha Pfeiffer is a Naturopathic Doctor who partners with patients to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. She has a strong clinical focus on hormone health and PMS, helping women navigate cycles, transitions, and seasons of life with greater stability, resilience, and ease. Drawing on comprehensive assessment, functional lab testing when appropriate, and individualized treatment plans, she works to uncover root causes rather than simply suppressing symptoms.

Dr. Pfeiffer works extensively with bioidentical hormone replacement therapies (BHRT) for both men and women, utilizing testosterone, estrogens, progesterone, DHEA, oxytocin, and other carefully selected therapies to support mood, cognition, sleep, energy, libido, and healthy aging. She integrates these therapies with foundational naturopathic care, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and targeted supplementation to create clear, stepwise plans patients can realistically follow. She is a proud member of the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (EndoANP) and is committed to staying current with evolving best practices in hormone medicine.

In addition to hormone optimization, Dr. Pfeiffer offers ozone regeneration therapies and dry needling to support circulation, tissue repair, pain reduction, and overall vitality. For patients who desire deeper alignment in their health journey, she incorporates spiritual guidance and reflection, honoring the connection between emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Known for her warm, grounded presence, she strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
